Something To Cheer About

I am the mom of a pre-teen cheerleader. When my daughter's training substantially increased in its duration and intensity, I became concerned about what she was eating. I realized that the hours of training had to be balanced with proper nutrition. I was looking for information that would be able to guide her in making the best possible choices, giving her the energy to push through those extended practices.

The Cheer Diet has exceeded our expectations! With the author’s valuable information and great writing style, we were able to obtain all the necessary information to implement some important changes to her eating habits. I have already seen an improvement in her food choices because she is now aware of the importance of proper nutrition, and how food choices both pre/post workout can have a direct and positive result on her performance.

I have read the book twice and my favorite section is the myth busters! It has answered and put to rest several questions I had often thought about, i.e. organic vs. regular food, detoxing, aspartame, and I have since made some necessary changes to my own dietary intake. My daughter loves the delicious meal options and easy to make smoothie recipes.

This book is a valuable source of information written in everyday language with lots of facts and just the right amount of fun.

A MUST-READ For All Females That Are Into Health & Fitness

This is a must read book for anyone struggling with their diet, energy levels, and training. This is the health and fitness book that every female needs to read. Sahil covers everything from supplements to eating to even my favorite topic -- coffee!

As a cheerleader or a female there's plenty of misconceptions and myths when it comes to your body. Coach Sahil has been working with cheerleaders for over 7 years now and he's an excellent coach.

This book is like having your own personal trainer, nutritionist, and shrink all in one. You're going to know what you need to perform at you're best and what you need to avoid so that you never feel miserable again.

My favorite section has to be the student-friendly grocery list. No longer can you use money as an excuse for not making the progress that you desire!
